Product description

If a condensing plate (built-in condenser) can be properly set, the light molecules will reach the condensing plate and be discharged by condensation. The heavy molecules do not reach the condensing plate and are discharged along the mixture. In this way, the purpose of material separation is achieved.

Distillation concentration

Since thin film evaporation, and molecular distillation techniques in particular, are capable of distilling at very low pressures, they are better suited for those with high boiling points and concentrations of heat-sensitive substances. The concentration process mainly refers to the evaporation of the solvent without destroying the useful components. Thin film evaporation and molecular distillation technology in natural and synthetic vitamins, lanolin fatty acids, lanol, palm oil, rice bran oil, fish oil and cod liver oil, natural plant leaf neck root extracts (such as capsaicin, lycopene, pyrethrin, lecithin, beta-carotene, traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients, etc.) are mainly in this category.

Removing solvent

With the development of new domestic and international standards and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, food, drugs, cosmetics, building materials and other chemical raw materials closely related to human beings and their products on the residual amount of solvent restrictions are more and more stringent. The traditional distillation method can not meet the demand of the market, so the technology of thin film evaporation and molecular distillation has become the last choice of people. This type of process is often connected to the extraction means as the last line of quality assurance system for green products.

Free monomers are removed

If the product is a combination or polymerization of two or more monomers, the equilibrium mixture of the reaction often contains the remaining free monomers and the larger molecular weight of the hyperpolymers and byproducts. In order to obtain a pure product, the equilibrium mixture needs to undergo a separation process that removes the free monomers. With the difference of allowable residual amount of free monomer, thin film evaporation and molecular distillation technology can be considered. Typical examples are: epoxy resin, epoxy oil, polyurethane, isocyanate, resin plastics, plasticizers, stabilizers, acrylates; Monostearin glycerides, diglycerides, fatty acid dimers, organic intermediates (such as esters, amine synthetic organic compounds, etc.).

Decolorization and flavor removal

Most organic raw materials and their products need to be decolorized and deodorized. In general, the color is caused by the recombination of components in the mixture, while the taste mainly comes f rom the volatilization of the light components. If the pure product itself is color less and tasteless, the purpose of decolorization and flavor removal can generally be achieved through film evaporation and molecular distillation technology. Typical examples are: organic intermediates, lactic acid, fatty acids and their derivatives, APG, epoxy resin, epoxy oil, plant wax, silicone oil, brake fluid, vacuum pump oil, lubricating oil, paraffin oil, etc.

High boiling point process Preparation/production and boiling range determination

Normally, for every order of magnitude of pressure reduction, the boiling point of a substance can be reduced by 20 to 50 degrees. According to this calculation, the boiling point of a substance at 0.1Pa should be 120 to 300 degrees below its normal boiling point. At present, molecular distillation technology can be applied to the distillation separation of substances with boiling point close to 700 degrees at atmospheric pressure. Such applications are mainly represented by the production of high-grade specialty wax products.

Features

1·The distillation temperature is low, molecular distillation is operated at a temperature far below the boiling point, and the separation purpose can be achieved as long as there is a temperature difference, which is the essential difference between the technology and conventional distillation.

2·The distillation vacuum is high, and a high vacuum can be obtained inside the device. Usually, the technology is operated at a very low pressure, so the material is not easily damaged by ox (Process flow chart) idation.

3·Thin film of distilled liquid, high heat transfer efficiency.

4·The heating time of the material is short, and the distance between the heated liquid surface and the condensing surface is less than the average free path of the light molecules, so the light molecules escaping from the liquid surface almost reach the condensing surface without collision. Therefore, the distillation material is heated for a short time, and the residence time at the distillation temperature is generally between a few seconds and tens of seconds, which reduces the opportunity of thermal decomposition of the material. Under the operation, so the material is not easily damaged by oxidation.
