Honey drying experiment

A few days ago, three Vietnamese customers came to our company to watch the experiment of drying honey. The customer proposed various ratios and drying conditions for multiple experiments to dry out honey powder of different qualities.

Our engineers add honey and maltodextrin in proportion according to the customer's requirements, and after stirring evenly, put the obtained materials into the vacuum belt dryer for drying.
